Meet the team

Aaron Roberts, CPA

Principal

After serving overseas in the Air Force, Aaron returned home to Louisiana in 2005.

His practical nature led him to an accounting major (and he wasn’t trendy enough to go into marketing). Following graduation from LSU in 2010, Aaron moved to Houston, Texas where he began his accounting career.

In 2016, he began specializing in accounting and tax for small businesses. He enjoys getting to know his clients and developing long-term relationships with them that allow him to fully support his clients’ businesses.

Aaron lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife, who is a lawyer. He spends his free time chasing after his two sons, running through the trails of The Woodlands, and watching college sports.

Jonathan Heflin, CPA

Senior Manager

Jonathan has over 16 years of combined accounting experience in audit, tax, and private accounting sectors.

He holds a BBA in Finance and MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and Master of Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington. Jonathan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

He is a proud husband and father to Wiley (11) and Maybel (9) and resides with his family in The Woodlands, Texas. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and quality family time when he isn’t pursuing his passion of perfecting balance sheets.
